We'll knock out the spiders first, since Ebony was just with you and we can sort that real quick. Then onto Myr's Sword.

Catching up to Ebony isn't hard. After your adventure she rests with the phase spiders, watching them and practicing her song and lute. "Surraruthru, you said you have a matter of weaving with the spiders?"

"Yes. I have some skill in weaving, and Phase Spider Silk is among the best of materials. I would like to go into business of sorts with you and the Phase Spiders. While I'd focus mainly on clothing, I could make nearly anything. I don't have the skill to enchant it, but there are others in Aurora who can do that. We'd supply Aurora primarily, but we could also export to the Cauldron and Brightwater. What do you think?"

[Anastasia]

"I have no objection, so long as the spiders are fairly compensated. They are intelligent creatures, not animals," Ebony says.

[Iron Dragoon]

"I'm aware, but I'm not sure I can communicate directly with them about it, so I needed a liaison."

[Anastasia]

"I can manage that," Ebony says, "What is your plan?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"Well... I plan to open services for hire to make clothing. I imagine most of it will be split between things like padding/clothing to wear under armor and cosmetic type stuff, which I expect the fey to want much of, and cloaks. While we have lots of craftsmen that deal in armor and weapons, for our more lightly armored citizens, like wizards, they can't make much of use of those items. Phase Spider Silk is both very light and very strong, there's quite a bit that can be done with it, from clothing to things like rope."

Okay, a few questions that's largely OOC here.

1. How much time are you sinking into this project?
2. What will your general craft (weaving) (or whatever skill, specify precisely what it is) check results be? Assume taking 10.
3. How much are you looking to sell things for? Obviously this will depend what you make out of it.

1. I honestly have no idea. I'd assume I'd spend as much time as needed on it, between adventuring and any kind of research I'd have to do. Surraruthru doesn't really have any hobbies or anything to spend free time on, so it'd be between this and the Hydras, a the moment.

2. It's Crafting: Weaving, and taking 10 would result in 43.

3. I have no idea what's fair in the D&D/Aurora economy. I'd be aiming to mostly just cover costs, like the rest of the crafters, on the more utilitarian items, but things that are purely cosmetic/entertainment maybe a 10-15% profit? I do need to pay the Phase Spiders, after all.

Follow up: Are you crafting by hand or using magic to speed it along?

I have no idea what magic could be used to do so. Haste? Time Stop?

It takes some experimentation, but you get underclothes, padding, cloaks and the like. Most of it's figuring out how to properly weave the phase spider silk, which requires some practice even with your level of skill. Once you get that down, you rapidly make progress and soon enough have a small first batch.
