He's going to use Inspire Courage again as his move, activate the Badge of Valor again with an immediate, and then use his standard for Destined Strike.

So +16 to attack and weapon damage (+2 more for fey) and saves against charm and fear. +3 to attack and damage rolls, Improved Crit feat and +11 on the threat confirmation.

IN ADDITION, everyone within 60 ft gains +2 on the attack rolls and +2 to DCs to CL.

So, all together, it's a total of +21 to attack rolls, +19 to damage rolls.
