Surraruthru is greatly heartened by the successful attack and the failure of his foe's attack and focuses on that small victory, every little bit counts, and wrings every last bit of will to win from it. Gathering himself, he launches at the horror's face, claws, fangs and strikes intent on bringing the thing down.

Surraruthru roars in triumph, and then pants. Heartened by his victory he smirks at the nothingness around and shuffles the gemstone into his haversack saddlebags.

You soar in the light. You are in a room of books. Books everywhere, you stand on them and mountains of them rise around. Mountains of them farther than the eye can see, each stamped with a name for a title. Stumbling next to you are Sylvie, Kascha and Ebony.

"Surraruthru!" Ebony calls, bloodied but upright.

30ft ahead, floating in the air, is an ancient and battered sword. It glows weakly, shuddering and shaking tremendously.

As he says this, Surraruthru approaches the blade, inspecting it... Cautious of any traps or tricks, but hoping this blade is the Sword of Myr.
