Jaela: getting stuff done (Jaela)

[Corwin]

"Sure, no rush there," Jaela agrees, before deciding she's as ready in her usual armor as she could be. "Sounds like the good kind of indisposed. How're your own efforts going, there? You can tell me all about it while we look for Dana."

[Anastasia]

"Dana? She's asleep in her room." Elena says, hurrying along. "I won't kiss and tell unless you catch me! Race you there!"

[Corwin]

"Sure. Don't cheat!"

[Anastasia]

Too late - the moment you start to speak, she vanishes, probably appearing right at the goal.

[Corwin]

"Caught you cheating! Now tell!"

[Anastasia]

Perhaps unsurprisingly, you get no reply to that except for a giggle. "Got there before you said it, so it doesn't count!"

[Corwin]

Scoffing, Jaela comes over and calls out, "Hey, Dana! What are you doing, wasting daylight sleeping?"

[Anastasia]

"Fuck off, sleeping!" Dana calls back, blearily. "The hell do you want?"

[Corwin]

"Fuck you, you're sleeping alone! That doesn't get you any slack! Wanna go to Fire with me?"

[Anastasia]

"Fuck yeah!" Dana calls back, "Gimme a few minutes to get dressed."

[Corwin]

"Sure!"

So that's one. The Master should be next. If Morniel is busy, maybe she'll ask Cresiel or Moonlight-- no, Moonlight sounds busy. Possibly Moore, if he returns in time?

"Gonna need my awesome beyond belief magic to stay frosty over there, or you've got it covered?"

[Anastasia]

"Have it ready, just in case," Dana calls, the sound of metal crashing down heard.

[Corwin]

Jaela resolves to wait for Dana, trusting in Elena to fill her in if the other people she's interested in picking along for the trip become available.

Specifically, Moore and Morniel.

[Anastasia]

Dana soon emerges, "Ready," she declares, armored and weaponed up. Meanwhile Elena clears her throat, "Moore's in the new temple he build, and Morniel's in his room. He's up now, just doing some things. I don't think he'd mind being disturbed."

[Corwin]

"Great news!" A flick of her wrist produces a booklet and Jaela tosses it at Dana. "Saw the original at the store, except it was written by a demon whore with some skanky mindgame code in the text. But how could we consign such a masterpiece to fire? So I did my best to preserve this immortal tale for your reading pleasure and couldn't help editing it a bit."
