Is there any reasonable connection he could make with some famous well/water source in Celestia? Take 10 for 49 for K:P if relevant, otherwise Take 10 for 34 on K:L if it's more appropriate

The River Oceanus comes to mind, which mixes with the waters of the ocean around Celestia. There's a lot of healing springs up in Mertion as well, though you've never been that high up.

Also the river you just, y'know, followed to here. That comes to mind too.

[Nephrite]

But that one may not be special, smartypants!!!

Moore opens his eyes and nods. Well, that's tacit permission, at least...

He will fly back out and go over to the riverbank!

Is it flowing quickly, or just... flowing?

The river is fairly rapid. It has a fast and strong current. Also as you go out, you Master Vyth following you and catching up.

[Nephrite]

Moore turns and raises a hand in greeting. "Master." He says with a nod. "I was able to find some answers, thank you for your hospitality. I am also on a personal mission to try and restore some... tainted items to usefulness for our cause. I was guided to try water."

[Anastasia]

"Then say no more and do as you must. The few who come here as you did usually are following such needs," Vyth steps back.

[Nephrite]

Moore nods, although he's unsure how to handle that amulet... he'll deal with that in a minute.

He puts his bags down on the side and withdraws Hiwa's toga with a wrinkle of his nose and a frown and goes to look for an outcropping or a rock that he could lay it against and hold it there without chance of it slipping away.

[Anastasia]

This is easy enough to find.

[Nephrite]

Then he plunges the tunic into the water and holds it against the rock! Who knows what'll happen!

The item may even get destroyed, which would be really unfortunate but so it goes.

[Anastasia]

The waters of the river soak the toga. You !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Screams. She screams as you advance on her, reaching down...

A tiny speck of dirt leaves the pristine toga, crumbling away in the river.

"Kill her and you can live," Your brother laughs as the husband grabs the knife, swinging. Blood splatters on your toga...

Another little bit of dirt comes free of the toga.

Moore grunts -- he was prepared for this. He's seen worse, like what happened to Lief, or Lifasa in general.

He takes a deep breath and prepares for the worst.

I did make sure to use the Readiness Arch before I left, yes!
