Fortune is with the party. The prismatic walls begin to crack much slower this time, giving you vital time that's needed. With superhuman speed, magic and work, you evacuate approximately 60% of them. However, you're running out of time. The walls are getting close to cracking again, while the ground shakes. "I can replace the walls one more time," Afina calls to Jaela. "We have to be prepared to leave after that." She wishes she could quell those screams, that she could end the devil presence on her world at a stroke, but she can't. Not today. All she can is bring a few more of Lifasa's children to a place of safety and healing in readiness for the day they do take their world back.

Surraruthru inspects the prismatic walls, looking for a way to reinforce them and help Afina... Maybe something with a Time Stop threaded into the wall to slow the break-down of the spell? Or maybe threading reaving dispels through the walls to cannibalize the magical power of the incoming spells to strengthen the walls?

Surraruthru begins running magical formulas through his mind, hoping to figure out a way to make it work...

"Let me try something, first," Jaela says curtly, and then time speeds up around her!

It is unfortunate that her Gate will fade away a few seconds later, but plenty have sprung open and hers had done its job. She shoots up and keeps on going, traveling a truly ridiculous distance up before appearing, winded but not defeated to cast her spell of dimensional interdiction! It was designed to keep enemies from escaping her grasp, but should do just fine here, for this.

Boots-based Time Stop for 2 rounds, the run action at base speed 170ft for those two rounds and then a move action further still bring me 1530ft away. I then cast my Teleport Block spell with a radius of 1540ft that covers the entire rift in the sky and reaches all the way back to my original position (which was flying and ferrying people to my Gate). It should leave the other Gates untouched.

Two problems: Time Stop is inner focused, so you can't simply shift it into another spell.

Putting reaving dispels in the walls wouldn't help much, either, unfortunately. At worst it would speed up the collapse of the walls, but most likely the wall would simply block it.

"I can't think of a way to strengthen your walls at the moment.. Maybe simply channeling raw arcane power into it? Hmm..."

Basically casting it and waiting for the walls to come down again so it affects it?

There is a tremendous CRACK that echos horizon to horizon. The sky itself cracks as the bleeding portal vanishes, a dully glowing white scar in the air. Droplets of blood bead on it but don't fall, slowly turning the white light blood red.
