"The crystal was on the verge of collapsing entirely. I didn't prepare any spells that would stabilize it, so I had to call on these lovely Firre to help. You wouldn't happen to know Dimensional Anchor or Lock, would you? It's close to stabilizing, I think, but needs a little more."

[Anastasia]

"Of course I do," Jarem smirks a bit, "It's only good tactics to be able to stop your enemy from running away." Taking out his holy symbol and sheathing his blade, "Red Knight, Lady of All Tactics, reveal your will here and flank the cowardly's retreat!"

You're face down on something hard, entire body hurting. Fuck. Whatever that was, it felt like you got scrambled like an egg and then dropped down, face first.

Alyssa groans and rolls over, breathing deep and letting the pain subside, "Jarem, you alive?"

She opens her eyes and looks around.

[Anastasia]

"Yeah," Jarem grunts, "Had worse, but feeling like I've been shaken internally is new." You're in a ship room again, the crystal sitting atop a pedestal here. He slowly sits up and groans, spitting up blood. "Internal bleeding, who knows what. Don't need a doc to tell me that when I can't stop spitting red. C'here, Queen, I'll heal us."

"If I'm a Queen, you should come to me and spare me the pain."

Alyssa heaves a playfully put upon sigh, "I suppose I should show kindness to a deserving servant, I suppose."

She uses her flying to get up and floats over to Jarem, calling on her Factotum casting ability to Heal them both.

Factotum 20 maxes it out for 150 hp

The healing makes you feel much better. "Wait," Jarem says, "I thought you were a wizard."
