"I hope to ask them for aid," Amaryl says, "One of them may have the insight I need to finish this." Smiling at your complement as...

'Hi. Ooops?' Emily's voice in your mind. 'Um, Waukeen was nice and I'm really sorry, okay?'

'I'm afraid sorry doesn't cut it this time,' Seira responds to her daughter, tone carefully neutral. 'Reflect on why that is until we call on you.'

"That works," Seira muses out loud, not showing the way her mood has taken a dip. She'll just distract herself until it fixes itself.

No response from Emily at that as Amaryl shows no sign of noticing.

"Mmm..." Amaryl makes a pleased sound, "I can't wait. Events are moving faster again. Soon, maybe," Amaryl murmurs. "When it's all done, after Shar...I can't wait for what a world we have to look forward to."

At least she can learn. Telling her off more bluntly in the heat of the moment would likely do more harm than good, but Seira's not sure she could stop herself in time. Not with that much lack of care about how much they worried about her.

"What we want to make with it," Seira responds, spreading her arms. "It wouldn't even need to wait until she's gone. That's part of what we are, to push for our vision of Creation. And it's part of who we are, in that we were offered the chance and seized it."

Amaryl nods, "I'd like to think we can make a happier Creation, that one day we won't need to fight anymore," Amaryl says. "I've love to see a Creation that's reached that far."

Seira... finds that she disagrees. Is it because an existence like that might invite stagnation, and the defenders would grow weak against any enemies, from within or without? Or just because she likes the combat? Perhaps adopting the domain of War changed something in her thinking, or brought it more to the fore?

"A Creation without needless conflict or suffering is my goal," she voices.

Amaryl smiles in spite of the disagreement, "Needless, hm? The call of battle still stirs within you?" Looking over to you slowly, resting her head back and lolling it over the edge of the tub, "You and Alicia are both mistresses of war, are you not?"

"Different approaches to war, but yes," Seira agrees. "And don't tell me you want to do away with Ysgard~"

"Mph," Amaryl smiles and makes a non committal noise.

If I know where the edge of their realm is, I'll appear just outside it and do the polite divine knocking part. If not, random.

On knocking, a single word follows. "Enter." It is from the Elf Father himself, purpose clear and voice warm, "You are welcome here, those of elven blood."
