Nephrite

Moore will take out the scroll and use it!

TAKE 10 ON USE MAGIC DEVICE!!!!!!

'You are welcome here any time, for as long as you need.' is the message.

Anastasia

'Thank you, my good friend, I will see you soon if the winds take us that way!'

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

Moore nods to himself. "Thanks, Grias. Anything else going on at the moment?"

Anastasia

"Oh no, nothing yet," Grias says, "It's quiet this morning."

Nephrite

"Okay." Moore nods. "In that case..."

He'll go through the notes he stole from Salty Pier -- he's looking for a decent armory or weapons cache that the efreet might have documented in there.

Anastasia

There's a few, sure. Want to narrow it down at all?

Nephrite

Hmmm. Higher-quality, if that makes sense? He's pretty sure their group can handle some tougher resistance.

Anastasia

There's one target that stands out - the efreet has a fairly large armory hidden away in Earth. It's a way point as well as a secret base for the efreeti when they have to deal with Earth in ways that aren't immediately obvious or advertised.

Nephrite

Would that indicate its pretty easy to teleport to and from?

Anastasia

Yes, it has a teleportation beacon that directs teleports to a central point.

Nephrite

Okay.

Moore nods as he takes a few notes and goes to call the four others to explain their plan!

Anastasia

Go ahead and explain away, Moore.

"So, there's this teleport beacon that redirects people to a centralized location, right?" Moore explains, showing everyone. "If I were to take a guess, it probably works on some sort of detection, so anyone they don't want to show up gets put somewhere else."

He clears his throat. "I have some experience with being able to... mm... trick reality with that regard. What I think I can do is bluff the beacon to think I'm just an evildoer and allow me in, at which point I can probably fudge the magic in it up enough to change it to work on the opposite idea -- so it'd allow anyone like us in and send the rest of them out. If we do it that way, then we don't have to worry about reinforcements just appearing on top of us." Moore explains.

He takes a breath. "I suppose there's the issue of getting everyone inside in the first place, though.. hmm. I could go in, sabotage it, get out and then immediately bring everyone back, but... that's obviously all contingent on it working the first time." He rocks back and forth. "Maybe there's another way to tackle this..."

Anastasia

"How strong are the defenders?" Kaja asks, "If they aren't that strong, we can storm them directly and punch through."

"Possible," Cresiel agrees, "But risky."

Nephrite

"I doubt they'd be as strong as the giants." Moore says. "Though since they have an easy way to get allies there, they may not think they have to have anything available directly."
