From here you can see a few.

There are many opening where the freezing river flows into the glacier at the bottom of it. Surely there's paths within those caverns, right?

There's a few cracks and crevasses along the sides of the glacier. Perhaps you could go in and explore them?

Alternately, the top of the glacier surely has some sort of entrance somewhere, you could fly up and see?

None of those describe themselves as holes. Openings, caverns, cracks, crevasses. Which do you mean? If none of them, where are you going to look precisely on the glacier?
