Her gear isn't being propelled, just dropped.

From the Alternate Form ability:

Any gear worn or carried by the creature that can't be worn or carried in its new form instead falls to the ground in its space.

So she goes incorporeal, stuff falls onto the square she's standing in, then her incorporeal self flies off down through the ground without impediment.

Thus Marie flies into the sands. Ahead and ahead she flies, ahead. As Marie flies, she begins to feel a distinct sense of unease. She can go on, even if her instincts are telling her not to.

A chance to react to that or continue moving. This doesn't eat up a turn.

It's time now. Marie flies over to where Taldeer lays and then returns to her elfin tulani form, naked but also unseen! She casts a quickened ray deflection as well to shore up her defences before time begins to flow once more.

Alicia is still concentrating on her gate even as her avatar appears next to her, girded for battle and immediately walking through that gate, her presence far more obvious than Marie's earlier stealth intrusion.

"Shar," she confirms. "I've dispatched Marie, but she may need more support. It's on the prime, Taldeer's in trouble."

Alicia wins init because she has supreme initiative but is concentrating on her gate regardless.

Avatarlicia also wins init because she has Supreme Initiative, her teleport and walk basically takes her action for this round.

Unseen by all, Marie casts her epic mage armour spell on Taldeer in a flash, the invisible force making for an excellent defence against shadows, and similarly she heals the elf to get her back in fighting form!

Quickened epic mage armour is +22 armour bonus to AC, effective vs incorporeal touch. And Heal SLA is +150 hp, fixes ability damage and a whole mess of other status conditions.
