The first that come to mind is the library you visited with Jarem.

Beyond that, most outer planar libraries require two things: Getting to them and getting access. Many heavenly libraries are open to the faithful or those with good cause. Erathaol's fortress in Celestia comes to mind as one such, as do various libraries dotted across Elysium. There's the House of Knowledge if you wish that, or it is said that Queen Morwel has a vast library somewhere in her court.

Of course, one could go to Dweomerheart directly if you want magical lore.

So I honestly don't know much/anything about any of those places, so if you want to suggest one, I'm open for it. I kinda don't want to deal with the Jarem one because I straight up don't have the skill to make the checks reliably.

Queen Morwel is the Queen of Stars, the undisputed Queen of the Eladrin and Arborea. According to your planar lore, she is both powerful and ancient.

Okay, cool. Going to try heading on over there? If so, going alone or with anyone?

Mmm... Let's see if Jarem or Emily want to go. I imagine Jarem wants to research the bond thingy, but I'll ask to be polite.

"Queen Morwel?!" Emily perks up and then sighs happily, "Of course I'd like to go! The Court of Stars is splendid." She holds her hands to her chest and sighs again, "And Queen Morwel!"

Jarem glances sidelong at Emily, "I've heard stories. I don't have a lot of patience for eladrin, but I'll go."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Really? I figured you'd want to stay here and research the... whatever is happening."

[Anastasia]

"I have a feeling I shouldn't let you out of my sight," Jarem admits, "I don't put anything past Shar now. I don't like leaving here either, but I trust my subordinates."

Alyssa nods.

"That's fine then. Get yourselves ready, we'll head out as soon as I can track down a treatise on the proper etiquette for the Court of Stars and a location to go to."

I'll do that research.

Normally I'd have you roll, but you have someone who has been there.

"So you need to know about the Court?" Emily asks, "I can answer your questions."

"Tell me about their etiquette, expectations, and the like. I need to make a good impression, so I can ask for access to their library. Maybe try to set up a tentative friendship."
