[Anastasia]

"Deep sin like this is not easily cleansed," Barachiel shakes his head slightly, "I do not believe it to be anything but a chance for empty words, betrayal or maneuvering. We go because in the small chance it is sincere, that we be there to help any who wish to turn aside from this grotesque practice."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "I thought as much. May I ask what Celestia's stance is with regards to all of this? If they wish for diplomacy but will not give up the act of slavery, is that, ah... hm. Well, perhaps I should ask this instead: Is that even an option for them, as far as We are concerned?"

[Anastasia]

"It is not, unless they offered something that was an equal victory and triumph for righteousness," Barachiel says, leaning forward, "It is not considered likely, but the possibility is considered."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Are we the main focus of this meeting, or is it Lady Seira?" He asks.

[Anastasia]

"We all are," Barachiel goes on, "The efreet are interested in all of us - you because of your raids and successes against their elites. I cannot speak deeper than that to their motives, but I believe this to be true."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Of course. If they ask me anything specific, is there any information you would like me to not share? Obviously I won't give them anything they can use against us, but... this is the first time I will be participating in something like this and... ah, as you may know, there may be certain nuances I am not yet familiar with." An apologetic smile follows.

[Anastasia]

"Yes, we will discuss that before we leave," Barachiel agrees, "All of us, together."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Very well. Then, is there anything you would suggest I do to prepare for this?" He asks.

[Anastasia]

"Decide who you will bring and prepare with them," Barachiel advises, "Prepare your magics for support and escape in case something goes dreadfully wrong."

[Nephrite]

"Do you know who else will be attending?" He asks

[Anastasia]

"Romiel, myself and Seira, along with two guests each," Barachiel says, "Those were who the Sultan wished to meet with."

[Nephrite]

"I understand. I will prepare." Moore says.

[Anastasia]

"Be ready," Barachiel says, "Both for this and what follows, for you will be involved."

At this the solar murmur as one, "Be ready, for war comes."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "I understand."
