Right! So that spell means Lightning is weak to water, and that's what Seira chooses over a targeted dispel. Her magic is stored into the staff she's holding, and then she taps Alicia's foot with it, turning her friend into a water-based lifeform!

Move to channel spell, standard to hit Alicia and channel it. Elemental Body/Water. I'll use my two swifts after it resolves.
