A light filled wandering

[Anastasia]

Jarem places down a double armful of books onto your desk, "Fairly well, I got us into the good libraries and skipped the chaff."

[Iron Dragoon]

"No chess match? A shame."

Alyssa begins leafing through the pile and shifting it around so she can go through it on her own.

[Anastasia]

"Amazingly," Jarem remarks as he sits down, "She wasn't there."

Dolmaya joins the two of you, sitting next to Jarem. "She sounds like a total bore, but nevermind. All of that should help."

[Iron Dragoon]

"I'm sure it will. Get some rest, we have things to go over."

[Anastasia]

"We will," Dolmaya says, getting up and striding off.

Jarem lingers a moment and smiles, "Hey, Alyssa." he asks once she's gone.

[Iron Dragoon]

"Yes, Jarem?"

[Anastasia]

Point blank to you, "Would you object if Dolmaya and I had a relationship? Do you want to bring that sort of potential problem into this?"

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa breaks out laughing.

"Wow, you move fast. Well, you know the consequences and she's older than civilizations. If anything goes awry, I'll have both of your hides."

[Anastasia]

This gets Jarem's smile to widen. "Alyssa," he says as he holds back a laugh, "It wasn't me. Dolmaya's the one moving fast."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Oh I'm sure you're completely innocent in it. Keep it professional when you know it needs to be. Go on, get some relaxing in. We have some really big tasks ahead. Bigger than the bank."

[Anastasia]

Somehow holding it together, "I'm dead serious." Jarem retorts, "The point is I don't normally kiss and tell, but I also don't want to create a problem in the ranks. Seen it happen a few too many times in with soldiers."

[Iron Dragoon]

"And I believe you. I expect you to draw on that and behave the way you know you need to. Don't think I don't recognize the risk. I'm trusting both of you. An I'm dead serious about the upcoming tasks."

[Anastasia]

"Yeah, I know," Jarem says, going off at that.

Ready to move on? Are you sending that information to Moore or do you want to look over it first?

[Iron Dragoon]

I'll go over it with him, but getting the new things organized takes priority. Plus gives you and Neph time to plan out a posting slot for it.

[Anastasia]
