Antenora stands once through the portal, going to hover over Marie, protect her without a word, healing soothing her wounds. Latha exhales, "Lathander's mercy," she breathes, "It was as if all of Shadow was at war with us."

You stand atop a rocky crag overlooking an endless sea atnight, the moonlight from above shining brightly down.

Alicia is back to normal size, the gate closed once they're through and in Selune's realm... it's odd to think that she's here while Selune herself is absent, though with avatars she doesn't think she's the strongest being in the Gates of the Moon.

"Now lets see who also makes it back..." she says tensely while Marie exhales loudly and leans against Antenora, rubbing her throat.

"Thought I'd sing myself hoarse back there. At least we destroyed a lot of those Eyes of Shar? They can't be easy to replace," the eladrin volunteers.

[Anastasia]

Antenora's answer is an embrace, holding Marie to her. "It shows us the enormity of the goal of stopping Shar, what a task Creation faces to stop the Prophecy of Primus. That was only the beginning."

"May they all return," Latha agrees, going to Alicia. She gently hugs her as well, "I felt as if I would never again know warmth at times, that I would only know a shivering, freezing, suffering sleep."

"But we won." Antenora says, "We stood against it, we showed we won't fade quietly away as Shar wants." A squeeze of Marie before she looks up to Alicia, "It gives me more reason to fight. If the Prophecy comes true, that will spread to every plane, every reality, even Sylica."

Marie nods understandingly as Latha describes what it was like when they were affected by that tower.

"We need to be strong," Alicia agrees, giving Latha a hug, un-intimate as it may be with their bodies armoured and girded for war. "It wasn't a victory, we scratched her but bled in turn. When it's all tallied up, I'm not sure she lost anything that meaningfully weakens her... but it may only be the first step. Of gods roused to battle her with more energy and vigor, until she truly does break."

"One day," Latha agrees. "For now...let us rest a few moments."

Antenora goes to sit amid the flowers, bringing Marie with her. "Do you know how Seira did?"

Marie placidly sits down next to Antenora and rests her head on her shoulder, quiet now after all that singing.

"She was fighting an avatar. Luneli and Ranbar were with her, but Luneli didn't make it," Alicia says gravely as she parts from Latha.

[Anastasia]

"He died well," Antenora adds. "May Selune have saved his soul."

'I'm still not enough,' Latha sends to you. 'Shar....showed me that, maimed me with it. I wasn't enough to escape capture in Hell, I wasn't enough to turn the tide there. She made it seem so clear, that the only way out...the only way out was to to...embrace her and end myself. That shivering, miserable sleep.'
