Moore slowly approaches. "Greetings. My name is Moore, of Celestia." He says simply.

[Anastasia]

It is a powerful, unspeakably ancient spell array. Over the eons it looks like it's absorbed the ambient powers of this place, growing stronger and stronger.

Said strength is steadily siphoning into the lizard. That much power and draconic blood looks to be provoking a change - perhaps a change it was ready for or had the potential for, but a change nonetheless.

The lizard eyes you, the only one in this room. 'Dragon. I am Dragon.'

[Nephrite]

 "This place is siphoning magic to this being." Moore explains to the others.

He turns his attention to the one who calls itself Dragon. "This place has been here for a long time. Did you come here before?"

[Anastasia]

"It's growing with it," Kaja agrees, "Then why...?"

"No. Dark. Cold. The stone was different than the other stone." Dragon says.

[Nephrite]

"I don't know. This is admittedly more of Lady Seira's domain, but..." he shakes his head.

"You're absorbing magic." Moore says. "You know that. Did you have the connection to the other... lava lizards before this?"

[Anastasia]

"Many, legion." Is the answer you get. "Magic is good. The scale below is good."

[Nephrite]

"Scale below? There's a dragon beneath this tower...?" Moore asks.

[Anastasia]

"A scale. Heartscale, a heartscale," Is the answer.

[Nephrite]

Does my Knowledge of 105 tell me if that's a real thing or just a term?

[Anastasia]

Yes, dragon heartscales are a thing. They're notable for being the most powerful scale on a dragon's body and mystically potent. Some say they're a source of a dragon's power, or simply steeped in it from birth to death.

[Nephrite]

"Is that the heartscale of your creator?" Moore asks.

[Anastasia]

"No," Is a simple answer as Kaja frowns.

"A  heartscale that powerful is not from any mere dragon. A wyrm's heartscale and an old wyrm." Kaja says.

[Nephrite]

"I wonder if that's what the tower has been absorbing, too, in addition to the magic in the tower." Moore says.

"At any rate... what do you plan to do after this, Dragon?" Moore asks.

[Anastasia]

"Grow." Is the simple answer. "See. Find heat."

[Nephrite]

"Do you plan to lead the rest of the lava lizards?" Moore asks. "As you know and can feel, they don't tend to like others. I want to be a friend to you. I do not want to fight you or them."
