It is a blow that cleaves the ground. Your foes on the ground are burst apart, minions dying as they should, as surely as Seira's widened magic would obliterate them. You slice into the dragons - you sweep them aside, draconic blood raining down. With a howling cry Icealiapa comes crashing down, smashing into the shops. The other dragons are knocked away by your blade, the path cleared. Great rends in the ground erupt after your blade passes, then strikes upwards.

The Radiant Sisters SCREAM. The screams as they cry out, their armor and magics abruptly crumbling the moment before your blade strikes, save for Violet's. She grins ear to ear as they howl in agony, cut apart. Yet the colored lights and their very bodies, crumbling to ash, flow into her. As balors explode and flow towards her Violet throws her head back and laughs. She is unharmed by your strike, standing true even now.

"Ahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahaaaaaa!" She is surrounded by a nova of black, "Stupid, stupid, stupid upjumped little mortal!" she howls, voice carrying over the carnage, the collapse of buildings, the roars of dragons and the screams of the dying. On her throne Malcanthet smiles coldly, while Pazuzu watches silently, gripping his blade.

"Come, Alicia Reynes!" Violet is unharmed by your strike, "I have found something you could never imagine! Listen to their souls scream in agony as I show you!"

Do you have any other actions for your turn?

No, all used up. I have arcane thesis up so I can counterspell with immediates taken from next turn's swifts if needed though.

edit: Also to clarify, did I hit Violet to no effect or did I fail to beat her AC?

Malcanthet has Supreme Init and goes now.

It didn't affect her - on a quick and dirty guess, you probably completed some ritual step or otherwise played into something that countered the force of your blow in that instance. Upside, it shouldn't repeat itself.

With a languid smile Malcanthet rises from her throne, "Alicia," she calls, "Come now, do you think I wouldn't know better?"

"Ooooooh," Malcanthet smiles, "You should surrender. Surrendering to me is the sweetest taste." Licking her ruby red lips slowly, Malcanthet snaps her fingers.
