A path.

What lies ahead is an old dirt road. A country path, trod by generations of feet. Yet the fields beyond are filled with blue grass, as white winds blow into those grasses. Yet the winds are stopped by it as you walk on, the party looking on ahead.

Alyssa tries to will some birds of blue to fly on the white to see what happens.

Sorry to interrupt but I wasn't sure where else to put this: Is Moore helping with this or not? I got the impression he was but wasn't clear.

If he is, then you still have +16 as an aura.

Birds of blue spring up and fly out. They go into the rain, soon gone within it.

"Useful," Jarem says, "Assuming they do anything or you need birds for some reason."

Ianvasah smiles faintly at your evocation of birds before, "Moore?"

Bastian walks along the path, as if it's the most natural thing to do.

[Iron Dragoon]

"Experiment.  We now know that an equivalent amount of white will negate with. We know I can create some facsimile of life. If a monster of white shows, I should be able to negate it with one of Creation."

[Anastasia]

It's more effective here than it is outside, Alyssa.

Don't count on the Far Realm to be consistent, immensely more if you're in the Beyond itself.

It's a tool, not an omnipurpose panacea.

"Very good point,  but it's an excellent tool for this place.  That said, I have a few other things to test..."
Alyssa pulls another ball of Blue to her and tries to manipulate the density of it, trying to make it more concentrated.

You create a ball, about as blue as the other balls you've made. It doesn't look any different.

"Can we do it as well?" Emily asks, "Or do you need the words to do it?"

[Iron Dragoon]

"It seems to me the Words are method of framing the concept in a way your mind is prepared."

Alyssa holds the ball up for the others to see.

"This isn't a ball of blue. It's a construct that encompasses the concept of reality. Of Creation.  This is the very idea of Creation in a form that we can understand in order to manipulate it. How that actually functions is slightly different for everyone,  because everyone interprets it differently."

Alyssa lobs the ball at Jarem, trying to get it to flow into and around his weapon, to empower the weapon,  focusing on the concept of the blue being the bane of white and trying to bring a hunger for the destruction of white to the weapon.

[Anastasia]

"Ah!" Jarem says, sword drawn back, but the ball seeks it. "Warn me next time," he snaps.

Bastian smiles ever so slightly at that, as the sword tints blue...but it only lasts a few moments and fades away.

"Hm. So it's like weaponizing Creation around us?" Emily proposes. "Like throwing bits of it at Beyond?"
