Alicia flies forward to meet the advancing fortress, and then releases a burst of liberating magic that breaks down a great deal of its defences!

Fly forward 230 as move action (using blinding speed) then standard to use Unbinding SLA.

"An unbinding spell negates charm and hold spells of all types; arcane locks and similar closures; and spells that create physical or magical barriers, such as wall of fire, wall of force, guards and wards, temporal stasis, and slow spells, among others. The effect of a statue spell is also ended, and a magic jar is shattered—forever destroyed—and the life force within snuffed out. In addition, any spell that holds magical effects, including other spells (magic mouth, imbue with spell ability, and so on), immediately releases them at a range of 0 feet."

So magic walls go down, channelled spells erupt, all sorts of good stuff. Will spend my swift actions depending on how this resolves.

It specifies spells repeatedly. A wall of force cast by a magic item would go down because that's a spell but it wouldn't force that item to cast whatever spell it holds. But a spell that casts other spells like glyph of warding or snake sigil would go off.

The sphere of force fizzles out and the doors to the fortress pop ajar, though the ice around them erupts out, cascading out in great waves, razor sharp ice sprouting up all over.

The ice and cold do not harm you. However, all the battlefield is iced over with slippery, razor sharp blades of ice. Going forward on foot will be perilous indeed.

What's the range on it? Remember you're 350ft away and you moved 230ft, so you'd need to be able to cover 120ft or so.

It's 60 feet, but didn't the fortress move another 120 feet towards us while we bantered? If not we'll just stop there and I'll withhold my swift actions this turn.

The same voice - masculine and strong - calls, "Fire!" As his voice booms out, from some of the murder holes jets of flames come forth. They melt the ice into water, the ground growing wet and scorched. It washes over everything, a wave of flaming destruction.

Entire party nulls fire.

Yet this does nothing as a salvo of freezing cold follows. It isn't the sharp ice of before, but a barrage of icicles from the murder holes. These do nothing as well, but what follows next is dozens of spheres of acid, flung out at the party.
