Unless I am missing something obvious, there are no values that apply to make that work. Does that jump out as anything notable for Moore, besides the 'bad math'?

It could be many things, but something about it tells you you're looking for the radius of a circle. It would be 5, incidentally.

Can he see any circles like that anywhere within a mile, or, from his Lay of the Land? Maybe a portal?

No. It's possibly an unknown entity, a cover name or simply someone who isn't well known or is shielded from divinations.

Well, CRIMSON did mention one more name... but it almost sounds like that one would be a combination of all of them.
