Alicia can only shrug as her speculation is put down, not knowing nearly enough about the situation to volunteer anything else. "I don't know, then."

Seira snorts. "They're all ridiculously old and have aeons of wielding power over me, if I can't hold them to a higher standard...."

Shaking her head as she trails off, she asks Alicia, "Do you know if someone tried this on Sulia or Moore? If you're right and they're sounding us out, the sensible move would be to try all who ascended in what passes for recent on the planar scale."

"I haven't heard of such from either of them, only that my own issue with the Queen of Air and Darkness was also started by someone using a false identity gambit," Alicia answers.

[Anastasia]

"It may be coincidental or not," Morwel says, "But..." Her look is gentle, her hands going to squeeze both of yours, "I believe the dreams that will come from it are wise ones."

"For now anyway, it's something to keep in mind. I'll have a better chance at verifying it when they reveal themselves," Alicia says, squeezing Morwel's hand back, her own larger and rougher than the fairy queen's.

"Thanks for having us over!" Seira chirps, hugging Morwel.
