People do not throw out information unasked.  If you want to know something, ask the question.  People will react like people and answer it usually.  If you don't ask a question, they'll sit there and stare at you.

Standard notice: I do not move people who do not say "I go do this."  So if you sit in the hallway for an hour going "We should do this", I won't do anything as you'd still be discussing it.
