Frustrated and depressed.

Being ignored when striving for clear communication.

That all-too-familiar sensation of utter powerlessness, when there's nothing I can do to resolve or improve the situation.

Sometimes, the real world just sucks.

My condolences.  Without a way to secure shell into my computer back home I think I'd be pretty lost.  I'd suggest something about a proxy maybe, but I really don't know enough to have any idea if that would help.  Sorry.

If you run a Unix, it should be fairly easy to do a screen+irssi+ssh setup. If you don't...I have no recommendations.

Well, in the TTC defence, since I started using it this year, this is the longest delay I've had.  Most of the time it only takes an hour.  I'll be happy if all those proposed subway extensions go through though.  Very, very happy.  You know, in 10 years or so when they finally open. =p

Because I live on the internet.

Anyway, the PM sends an e-mail, which reaches my phone, which prompts my cat to flip-out, ninja-like, and attempt to pull off a one-cat Hiryuu Shouten Ha in my room.  I get a lot of work e-mails at odd hours, too.

...though I'm mostly waiting for an e-mail that will probably never come.
