I don't know about anybody else, but I use sleeping pills and caffeine to regulate my sleep schedule when necessary.

Insomnia sucks.

Stomach flu is, as always, a miserable way to pass a few days. What's worse it that I pulled, bruised or otherwise strained something in my ribs during one of the times I threw up. Just what the stomach flu needed, sharp pain every time you breathe.

I earn my paycheck putting up with inordinately stupid.  Lost more than a day to a person who basically kept going:
"Go do this, set this up"

Only person who had access to do that?  That person.  Actual amount of work that needed to happen?  Like copy 3 lines of text from a web page and send it over to another department.  And they kept pointing to stupid poor docs that obsfucated the issue.
