Well, if we're anouncing when a series is licensed then I'll have to note Gantz belongs on the list. Heck, the first DVD is already out. >_>

Actually I only noted it because Rice-Box ceases all fansubbing and  distribution of series when they are  licensed. I figured people should know so they don't waste their time trying to get the series from Rice-Box's irc channel or from their official tracker.

W-Dreamers though does not stop fansubbing and distribution of series once they are licensed so I saw no need to make a note of it. The same thing, with some exceptions, ADV titles for instance, can be said of AnimeOne.

It will ultimately though be on a case by case basis.
