As long as at least one person wants something tracked, the original japanese owners haven't specifically requested that their works not be distributed online, and they aren't R1 dvd-rips it will be done.

Nothing has changed. As long as a release is not from an R1 DVD-rip source or the original Japanese owners have specifically requested their work not be distributed, simply put said owners threaten to sue and begin the appropriate actions, we'll continue to track said series.
