I can make cloth gear for spellcasters, and I can make it for any level up to 30.

Prices are negotiable; but as a general rule: Linen gear I will make for one or two silver above cost; give me the materials and I'll make it for free.  Woolen gear I will probably charge a several silver premium on top of the materials.  In both cases if you can't supply the materials, they're at the going rate - and I'll add another few silver if I have to go well out of my way to get them.  For the woolen gear, you should probably be talking to Shaya and Koryn more, who - I think - will still get good practice from making it.

Silk gear is right now a very large premium.  I've given two pieces away for FAR below cost, actually, and . . . it's far too expensive for me to do that again. :P

As a general rule, I have fairly solid pieces of armour for varying levels, and they usually add intellect.  At level 20 and above I have gear that adds to frost, fire and shadow damage.  Higher level items may have a day or two waiting time, because the ingredients become a real pain.

Send me a tell if you want specifics about what I actually have in your level range, prices are negotiable.

I also do various coloured shirts, but the cost of those is so wildly varying depending on colour and type . . .

For everyone's reference, the going rates on cloth are:

Linen cloth - 20 copper pieces each; 4 silver for a stack of 20.  This is pretty much locked as the going rate.

Wool Cloth - Much more volatile - wool can go from anywhere from 50 copper (very cgrab it if you see it) to 1 silver (horrendously expensive).  I usually buy mine for 80; this is the rate I generally use.

Silk Cloth - 2 silver, 50 copper each.  This is pretty much standard as well.  Sometimes you see it for slightly less, sometimes for up to 3 silver per piece, but 2 silver and 50 is the standard.

Gemstones:

Malachite - Vendors buy it for 15 copper, but you can usually sell them for 2-4 silver each at the auction house.  Engineers use these quite frequently.

Shadowgem - Very common; as far as I can tell they usually sell to players for the 4-6 silver range . . . when anybody actually wants them, that is.

Moss Agate - Vendors buy these for 4 silver, but they can go for anywhere from 20-40 silver at the auction house, or in person.  Alternately, trading these to an Engineer can usually pay for most, or an entire, low level creation . . .

Small Lustrous Pearls - These sell to vendors for two silver, you can get about 4-5 silver off tailors for them.  They're not worth much more than the vendor rate because they're a dime a dozen once you know where to look (murlocs, usually).

Iridescent Pearls - Evil things.  I don't remember their vendor price, but you can sell them for 40 silver and upwards.  the most I've seen at the auction house was 90 silver, and I've sold one there for 75.  I use these for my level 20 or above tailoring recipes, but I consider them too expensive to worry about buying, for the most part.  There are major discounts on tailored goods avilable if you donate me some . . .

Metal:

I really have very little idea and I'd like a miner/blacksmith to give me one . . .

Copper Bars: Can go for a silver each at the auction house, I hear.  That's about all I know!

Silver Bars: Are worth around 8-10 silver each to players.

--

Leather:

Note that leather is very common unless you're trying to get something well above your level.  Leatherworkers will never buy leather; it's too easy for them to just walk outside and skin a couple of deer.

However, tailors, engineers, blacksmiths . . . these people all use leather in their recipes, and so they'll buy (usually small) quantities.  You're usually better off just selling it to a vendor unless you feel like selling a large stack at the auction house.

Ruined leather scraps: These are worth, well, almost nothing.  A leatherworker *might* pay 5-10 copper each for the things, if you're lucky.  Three of them will make a piece of light leather.  You find these from skinning, well, anything.

Light Leather: These go for 20-30 copper each and are a dime a dozen.  Most recipes won't require anything more until you start approaching level 20.

Medium Leather:  These go for almost one silver each; and can be found on beasts above level 16.

Heavy Leather:  4-5-ish silver each; these can be found by skinning beasts above level 25.

Bags

Linen (6 slot) bags - These go for 2-3 silver.  2 silver is just barely above cost; 2.5 silver is the usual.  Their ingredients (counting linen at the going rate) is about 1.5 silver - but you can usually trade 8 pieces of linen cloth for a bag to lower level tailors who are out to improve their skill.

Wool (8 slot) bags - These go for 10-15 silver, or if you're trading for wool, 12 wool is often sufficient.   Counting wool at 80 copper, they cost 8 silver, 20 copper to make.

Silk (10 slot) bags - These aren't sold commonly enough that there's a going rate for them, at least not right now.  The cost of them . . . their ingredients are tricky.  12 pieces of silk (30 silver), 2 pieces of heavy leather (10 silver, roughly, but very hard to find right now) and 3 fine thread (3 silver) makes for a bag of around 45 silver in cost - and because they're not that commonly made, they can go for around 70 silver - which is what I charge, unless you supply me with cloth and leather in trade.  Heavy leather is too uncommon and too useful to me to spend on making bags.  Note that for these bags there will be around a 24 hour turnaround time.

If you desperately want a coloured bag, add 50% to the usual price.  Tailors won't usually advertise them because, well, nobody wants to pay extra for them.

I'm not naming prices for linen and wool bags at the moment because I'd rather let other tailors set their prices where they feel comfortable - if you want one, catch me in game.

More to come as I think of it.  I went a little off topic, but . . . um.  Hopefully it'll be useful? :P

Up for sale at the moment:

Mechanical Squirrel!  Friendly pet!  Amusing contraption!  Annoying when sneaking!  I have a box that I'll part with for 5 silver.

And if anyone has anything to add to the above, please post it - it's good for us all if we get a good idea of the going rates for things. :p

CyMage

This will probably interest the warlocks in the group more then other spellcasters, but they might want a set too.  Koryn has acquired the Robes of Arcana pattern.  I don't remember the whole list, but need about 16 silk, 2 spider's silk and some thread of the fine variety IIRC.  If you can provide most of that, I'll make the robes free of charge.

I do have some spider's silk stashed away, but don't have enough silk.

I can make ALL SORTS of potions right now. As soon as I hit lvl 35, I can upgrade to Artisan alchemy so if there's anything you'd like me to make, please ask. Keep in mind, there are some potions that you can only find reciepies for in drops, so I can't make everything possible.

Secondly, if you find Alchemy recepies off of creatures and whatnot and are just going to sell them, ask me about them first. If I don't have it learned already, I'd REALLY like to do so. I'll be willing to pay for the recipies if I have to.
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Rezantis

EZ-Throw Dynamite; I can make it if you give Kiska wool and coarse stones.  It's usable by non engineers - the damage is barely worth noticing, but the kicker is that it gives you paladins a ranged attack for when you want to pull something and don't want to walk up to it . . .

I don't charge for those, but I also won't bother looking for the ingredients for them. ;p  If you want some, toss me the ingredients and I'll make you some.
