OOC: Mystic Knights... Kliffe Underson

IC:

Kliff looked out from on top of the mountain citadel of the knights.  Ky had not returned...  His blade did not answer the call.

Spinning Kliff looked at the stone at the top...where he had placed his mighty sword, the earth render...  it had been a decade since he'd wielded it in true combat.

Lifting it in one hand, he raised the massive blade to an attack position.  Swinging it he began his mighty kata, a deadly dance of death demonstrating his strength, skill, and grace...  showing the master swordsman who had led the knights for decades.... one of the few to live to an age of retirement.

Stopping he grabbed his chest... urgh..not now...too much to do.

"Commander Kliff...the knights have assembled below as per your orders."

Calming himself, he had to be strong...without Ky here there was no one else with the skill or experience to lead the knights.   Gruffly he responded,  "I'll be down in a second."

Looking up one last  time he pondered the beautiful cloudless sky...  so innocent of the world below it.
