I know, a lot of new topics from me today. But I can TYPE AGAIN! (sorta)

Anyway, this is an event that tends to be very popular amonst guilds and new players.  Basically, a guild (or just a group of people) gets together a group of their professions masters, etc, and goes to a newbie area and starts giving out free clothing, weapons, potions, etc out to the low-level players.  This works both towards getting people interested in the guild, having a way to dip into the RP waters some and generally makes for some happy newbies, who might help you out later on. =)

Tabyk does this with some people over on Cenarion Circle and I was interested in doing this on Silver Hand but I'd like to know how everyone else would take this sort of event. Good idea? Bad idea? and who would be interested in participating?
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Aerik can craft leather, and Shaya does cloth.  In theory, Solariat would have mail, but in practice, it takes for-EVER to gather ore. -_-

Aerik still collects light leather, so that's not a problem, but Shaya would need to buy a lot of linen.
I handle other fanfic authors Nanoha-style.  Grit those teeth!  C&C incoming!
Prepare to be befriended!

Well, if we ARE going to do this, we should set aside some times to go into low-level areas and pick up supplies. I've been picking up low-level herbs for the occation every time I run through the dwarven lands.
