I think I loathe this fic. It's...just...arhgfuksldjg;sdklgjsd.
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Brian

Wow, good old Zorknot.  Kuno fanboy, Nabiki fanboy ... not a fan of Ranma.

That was surprisingly even worse than I expected--  And I expected it to be pretty bad!

It's...something. I'm not sure what, but it's something alright.

Yuthirin

I'm now too terrified to click the link.
What if they're not stars at all? What if the night sky is full of titanic far-off lidless eyes, staring in all directions across eternity?

Dracos

I got linked, got to the middle of the dining scene and stopped.  No need/want for depressing bash fic.
Well, Goodbye.

Brian

I only skimmed the entire thing.

It's got Zorknot's typical character inversions/flanderizations.

Goes pretty much nowhere with an ending that's probably intended to be bittersweet, but is mostly just bitter.  Long story short, even though she hates him (and tried to murder him), Ranma's the new Mousse to Shampoo, since that's the only thing he's got left to try and get right.

If there was a scene of Nodoka disowning him, I skipped it, but there was probably one of those, too.

No adults outside of Cologne allowed in this story. It was just Ranma, Akane, Nabiki, Shampoo, Cologne, Ukyo, and Konatsu.

Really?  Such a gimmie I'm amazed he passed it up.

Someone should really review and point out that it's missing that element.

I'd be more impressed if there were actually a text adventure.

I've written some; they're not that hard, guys.

Dracos

Good ones though require tremendous amounts of writing.  Significantly more than an story of similar  length and usually also requires either using someone's parser or writing one.

There are actually specialized languages and VMs for this. Check out this sample source.

That counts as 'using someone else's parser'.  And also provides a nice example of the difficulties of open text entry text adventure, where simple things like synonyms can cause a mess.
Well, Goodbye.

FoZ/Fate/Stay Night crossover

What if Louise summoned Illyasviel.

And is it just me or does every FoZ crossover that Alfheim Wanderer has any part of start to feel alike? Especially when it comes to Montmorency?

That comes across as more than a bit dismissive.

I've looked at a few VN software packages (and at one point even tried to lead a project to create a relatively complex VN), but the ease of use for a casual user (my level) is ... not intuitive.  Making text adventures instead of fanfics would be an interesting shift, though.
