Anyway, on the topic of Naruto Peggy Sues, I've been going through them a bit while waiting for long tests to finish.  So here's another one:

It's abandoned, but I found it surprisingly enjoyable.  Premise is that Sakura gets sent back ... but lands when she's four years old.  The style is minimal, yet surprisingly evocative, and Sakura is kind of ridiculously powerful, but the story was a pleasant distraction anyway.  You can even look at where it leaves off as a sort of conclusion, which helps mitigate the 'abandoned' factor ... though I'm a little 'meh' on the last scene personally.

Anyway, it managed to not be wholly offensive.

Almost through it.

Cute, but at the same the writing style grates a bit on how casually it delivers things, how quickly it generally moves things.  And done.

I like the idea of Kiritsugu as a servant. You could justify it by the Grail's curse sucking in his soul and belching it out into the War or something. I thought about it and the idea isn't indefensible. The rest of the chapter was meh, feels like the story's struggling under its own weight and so-so writing. I swear Third Fang's writing is getting worse.

I've ignored this a long time.

It's got an interesting and fun writing style.  Decent technical.  Even if the core problem that it's foundation is pretty stupid.

Was glad to have read, but at the same time hard to see it going all that far since it sticks Naruto deep in academy-ville for a long time while simultaneously having him demonstrate mid-to-high level stuff.

This chapter was purely setup and character development. Having it be from Rin and Saber's PoV did a lot to liven up a developmental chapter. The points it scores are wholeheartedly for that as well as for using this to help boost a (needed) expo dump up.

As an aside, it's nice that Rin was finally able to summon Saber. Double points for things going wrong after, fitting Rin's general luck.

Tried reading http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7832146/4/Swapping-The-Cage.

Writing is fine but it's actually pretty bad in concept.  SuperNaruto replaces Naruto.  He's a smug jerk who's super capable and looks down on all of Konoha.  Possibly part fox monster, who knows who cares.

Basically the core flaw is Konoha mostly comes off as incompetent bumbling fools save for Danzo, Root, etc
