There's no question I usually post negative reviews.  And while avoiding bad stuff can save you time, it's not as enjoyable as finding good stuff to actually watch. So for a change of pace, we'll do something I liked. The follow up to that other 'Full Metal' series, the one that doesn't involve irritable chibi- alchemists.

FMP: F follows the continuing adventures of Sgt. Sasuke Sagara, the Heero Yui of the high school set, and his romantic interest Chidori. Unlike the original FMP, which was a mix of humor and serious action, Fumoffu is nothing but humor, humor and more humor. And it works on every single level. From love letters to petroleum eating viruses, from trying to capture women to being a model for art, the greatest straight man to walk the earth, Sasuke Sagara, makes any seemingly boring topic into a potential for comedy with his tendency to apply  a military solution to any benign problem.  A watched this series straight through, and only the final episode dragged a bit for me, but the ending punchline made it all worthwhile, and served as the perfect ending to the series as the reason for Sasuke emergency extraction becomes clear. Although I think the high point of the series Tessa attending school with the cast, and the hot spring episode that follows.

I will warn you that Fumoffu has only one thing going for it, and that's comedy. No character development, no big armored suits duking it out. No death. If you don't like the sort of humor that FMP had, then you're not going to like it. If you enjoyed it, you'll love it to death.

10 out of 10. This was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time, anime or otherwise.  I laughed out loud through the whole thing.
