New Organization for the Writing Section

Acknowledging the interest level while simultanously holding everything, the writing section of the forum has been compressed into one writing area with three areas: One for Writing, One for Linking Fics, and One for Reviews.

Each of these are in the Creative Writing section and are intended for use with any kind of writing.
