Reason for ban: Plagiarism and malicious assault of another group

Shuten Special Edit: Info moved to a secure as well as safe source and is now in txt form. While it is importent to provide info as to why a group is banned it should not come at the cost of putting this forum at risk. If I had known the original link was dangerous I never would've linked to it in the first place.

Edit 2: Anime Universe's Official Apology to the groups affected by their actions. I should've mentioned this sooner but in all honesty it just kept slipping my mind. I sincerely apologise for that.

For the record I will be taking a look at Anime Universe's release of Itsudatte My Santa when it comes out and comparing it to AquaStarFansubs/Avalon's version. If it is determined that AnimeU's release is not a copy we will remove them from The Banned.

Please note that if they officially drop the series we will consider that an acceptable remedy to this situation.

In essence when Anime Universe releases the OVA we shall see whether their claims hold up. If they do tracking of the group will be allowed again.

Edit 3 has been removed. We will be sticking to our guns here so to speak. Forgive my moment of weakness.

I see. Well I tend to run a popup blocker so it never occured for me. Anyways it's already been removed it would seem. I would've done it myself but I only just saw the message. To the person who did remove it... thanks. ^^
