Comedy (A Studio 4C production)

Gee, I'm doing some really short pieces of late. Maybe because they are easy to do.

Studio 4C was founded by the folks that did Spriggen, Steamboy, Memories, and a host of notable larger projects. Comedy however is one of their shorter (10 minute) works they did that was combined with several other shorts collectively known as Sweat Punch. Only seen this one, so can only review it of the lot (If i ever see the others I'll combine them)

This is a moody little piece of a girl in Ireland who wants to hire a mysterious swordsman to kill the English soldiers about to invade her town. Artwork is impressive, but it is only 10 minutes long, so there isn't much to it. So if you want to see something visually stimulating, feel free to look it over.

What's it got to do with Comedy?

% Actually it's not funny. There is a sort of punchline to the work and why it's called Comedy, which is only revealed in the end. It has to do with why the Black Swordsman works for the little girl who hires him and why he accepts the job.
