Purpose:

To organize what folks are interested in so when buying comes around, it's easier and Usagi can also glance at this and possibly give opportunities to use it against us/give quests on it.  This is also to recognize interest crossovers so we can talk stuff out a little ahead and be aware rather than suddenly have two "I WANT THAT!"

I'll edit this anytime on a poke.   Eb, want it gone, just say so.

Things people are interested in/have been advised to buy:

Iddy:
Wands of Magic
Items that improve warlock DCs
Items that give an extra invocation.
Items that improve Use Magic Device

Dune:
Magic Weapons for our frontliner
+con for hp to tank
+str for the killing
Good armor is nice.
A point to int at some point wouldn't be unappreciated or to cha, but no big.
As an aside, some sort of armor that would mesh better witht he climb/swim/jump motif I'm doing for skills. I dunno what the magics invovled would be in third, but it's probably longer range anyhow.

Rat:
Spellbooks/Scrolls/Inks/MageStuff
+Int!
Wands/Staves/Duh
Pearls of Power/Rings of Wizardry
+Con!
+Dex!
Bracers of Magic Armor

Corwin:
+Con
+Str
Magic armor for frontlining
Priestly stuff

Dracos:
+Def non/bracers
Boots of striding and springing
poisons
Strength enhancers so I can carry a little more without being encumbered.
Spider climb stuff.
Blurstrike - +2 level enchantment
Smoking -need book
Hideaway weapon - free action makes weapon become a tiny cylinder. Adds 7,500gp to price
Sword of Subtlety +1, +4 to sneaky attacks! =p
Well, Goodbye.

<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Dracos

Ye might want to check through the wilds book or the priest  one, looking for Ranger or Monk focused gear may serve you well, Ana.

While we're on the topic of loot, let's talk about distribution!

1) Party Loot. Let us not have it. If we need lots gold for some purpose, let's all pitch in. Otherwise, we can manage our own money.

2) We're going to find magical items, some of which are usable, some of which are sellable. Instead of doing complex math to determine the precise amount of money people should get if they take the sword +1 and the other person takes the armour of celibacy, let's say that on finding magic items and returning to town, we'll quickly debate if anyone wants to keep anything, let them have it, and sell the rest and split the gained moneys equally, along with any we found along the way.

Why do I want these rules? Simple. I don't want to ask the party to spend money, nor do I want to deal with other peoples bookeeping.

SECONDED. To Rat's point #1, and his reasons.  >_>

I think the second point might be problematic. Since Rat's talking about waiting until we get to town and get ready to sell the stuff before we actually divide the money, there's no reason we couldn't include the stuff with the money and divide all of it. To make the process simpler, we can use the PHB-listed selling value of said items.
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

I vastly prefer party loot.  Vastly.  I think both of you are being silly.

That said, if you insist on using split loot, no funny made up systems that either vastly favor items or gold respectively.  Let's use the system declared on page 168 of the PHB.  That said, I wholly expect that we're going to have regular levels of awkwardness with this whole deal unless Ebiris is handing out piles of gold each time.  It's one of my grudges against by character splitting, it works damn poorly when the loot for an adventure is 3 magical items of coolness and 50 gp otherwise.

Fair enough, I was just aiming for the lazy route. >_>

We'll need to approximate unique items. Shouldn't be too hard.
