Okay, the skeleton of the art section is up.  What does this mean?

It means that soon we'll be getting it fully functional, but currently most of you can't use it.  We have to change the format of that board, and only rez has access to those tools.  At the moment we are drawing up rules for the board and posting instructions, but it'll be a bit till they are up.  If you have something you want to post now, contact the moderator of the board and he'll put it up for you.  Please be patient while we get this new part of the forum up to fully operational.
