Well, while most of us know each other, not everyone does.  Therefore in the interest of meeting each other and learning about all the varied people on the forum, here's a spot to introduce yourselves.  Tell us about yourself, perhaps why you've come and what you hope to see.

I'll start it off ^_^;

I'm Dracos, most of you know me from Delphi fanfics where I stayed for a little over a year and had a brief tenure as the enforcer.  Namingly I'm here to create a community of friends.  A place to come and game and be merry.  A world where we respect each other and have fun.  I'm looking forward to meeting the handful of you I don't know very well yet ^_^

I'm Asrana Dragomir, Co-GM and currently active Manager of the Dragomir RPG. I too migrated from Delphi Fan Fics and I'm still there.

I came here because of the imminent chaos of Delphi as well as for more control of Dragomir.

I, like Dracos, would like to see a place where people can relax and not worry about trolls and the varied related species of internet junk. I also wish to see my RPG go somewhere.

Looking forward to meeting new people here.

[Edit for Newer People]: Yes, I am now known as Mayumi, this has a deeper meaning but we'll leave that out for a moment. A warning, asking for that reason will result in either refusal or a long ramble about Dragomirs and our various messes.

Time to come out of lurker mode.

My name's Adon.  Most of you don't recognize me, as I've been a lurker on Delphi rather than an active poster.  I'm here for the same reasons a lot of the other people are -- the decline of the Delphi Fanfics Forum had gotten too much for me to bear.  When people get nasty and rebellious when they are asked to behave like civilized people and respect perfectly reasonable rules, it's time to move on.

I'm a longtime fanfic reader and I'm currently GMing an RPG on EZBoards.  The link is on my homepage, which in turn is in my profile.

Since the place is new, I decided to come out of lurker mode and this time, stay out.  Pleased to meet everyone.

I'm Calendar, or if you wish, Makura.  I'm from Fanfics as well, mostly because people were yelling and fighting, and that's really no fun.  ^_^;;  Although I'm still there, I think it'll be safer here if I wish to remain half as sane as I am.

I'm hoping to join in on an RPG, which I've never had a chance to do before, and settle down without all the fighting which usually exists at Fanfics.  Here I can find the RPGs, while I find Refuge elsewhere for fanfiction.  ^_^  And a few fanfics here, too, I suppose.

I'm really more of a lurker than a poster, so not many people know me.  But Dracos, thanks for inviting me!  I think this'll be a lot of fun!

Um...hello all. My name is Olguin, Olg to my friends. On that note, I really do hope I get to know more people over here.

I moved for two reason, first and foremost because Delphi Fanfics was getting to be too hostile for my sensibilities. Secondly because of my loyalty to my friends. They weren't feeling comfortable at Delphi, thus I followed them here.

I am, essentially, the moderating influence on the nutjobs that run this place. Most of the serious mod stuff you can look to Rezantis and Dracos for. I'll pitch in here and there, but mainly, I'm here to keep them from randomly slaying people.

So, basically, I'm the lazy one. I'll back off and watch, and occaisionally champion ideas or people that I like, or I consider worthwhile.

I guess its my turn...

I'm Ginn, already known to most of you here.  I'm in both the COR and Dragomir RPG, as well as many other RPGs off this board.  I never really left the Delphi board, as my general apathy protects me while wading through the sea of idiots there.  Other than that, I'm more than a regular on both the Refuge and here, as well as some of the other boards.

Currently, I work for both Dracos and Rez.  The pay sucks, but the fringe benefits are quite nice.  I'm great with music and and proficient in graphics work, though not terribly good at spelling.  -.-;;

I run a fileserver on IRC, so if you need anything in the realm of anime (music, episodes, spiffy pics), don't hesitate to ask.  Anyways, I'm more of a resource than anything, so please don't be afraid to ask questions about stuff.

Like Rez, I do have a better half, but he generally likes to keep to himself.  Hopefully, you won't have to deal with him.

Well, I'm Rezantis, as most of you know.  I'm the tech admin guy, so don't annoy me or the forum might start speaking to you in l337.

I was on Delphi for a while, and when someone links me to an interesting thread I'll generally have a look.  Apart from that, I'm active in a couple of other place...  

I'm mostly here because Drac asked me to, and a fair bit for curiousity and fun factor.  I'm a mod on this mainly because I know how to work it.  ^^

Anyway, I'm usually findable if you have a problem, and if there's a bug with the forum please let me know so I can try and fix it.  That's my job.

So... ah... yeah.  Hopefully I'll enjoy getting to know those who I already don't.  ^^

Who I am...

I'm a former Cardinal from Delphi who pulled out of the whole conflagration pretty early.  In terms of personality, I'm a disgustingly happy guy so any of you allergic to cheer should be wary.

I have little to no gaming experience, but hopefully that will all change as we enjoy ourselves here.  I hope to be able to contribute to a good time for all.

Apart from that, I just started running an RPG, happily titled The Generic Adventures of Captain Cliche.

If nothing happens for a couple days, I'll make something happen, so this place dosn't die horribly. Though, with the lack of utter retards in this place, I doubt we'll be in trouble ^^

As for why I'm here... Rez told me about the place, and I've mucked around in RPG's before...

Carthrat was running in a not-really kinda way RPG a while back, which he expected would turn out to be something incredibly funny but utterly stupid. The first post is clear evidence of that.

But the... something happened.

Another RP'er who will henceforth be refered to as Druid wanted to play, and to show her dedication, she gave me some D&D stats on her character, along with the main baddie.

Problem is, I thought they were relative, not meant to be take seriously.

Basically, the whole thing kinda crashed when nobody was sure was exactly was happening, and we got stuck in a situation which required things like, you know, serious rping, which wasn't what the RP was intended for.

The RPG's title clearly sums up my feelings on the whole matter ^^
