SM RPG Silver Milennium game

Well, that seems like a fun thing to try as my first attempt to run a game. The game itself wouldn't start for a few more weeks, and would be forum-based, with bits of one-on-one RP'ing done in IRC (coordinated between myself and the player in question). Here's the deal:

It's the Silver Millenium, and the society is under a benign monarchy. Queen Serenity rules the moon and most of the planets of the Solar System. The citizens are happy, and intergalactic war is a thing of the distant past. There is only one spot of strife in the explored space, and that is the third planet from the Sun, Earth. Despite being under a similar monarchy, unrest on the planet prevails, as two political factions clash with each other. One of them, supported by King Endymion himself, is interested in an alliance with Queen Serenity's kingdom, while many of the aristocracy and army want to retain their independance.

Though there is a ban on the Queen's subjects from travelling to Earth, Princess Serenity, the Queen's own daughter, broke it on several occasions in the past, to explore the planet while disguised. On her latest excursion, she had accidentally stumbled upon the Prince of the Earth Kingdom, Endymion. Unaware of this, the King of Earth has decided to venture forth despite the fierce opposition at home, and send an envoy to Queen Serenity, to begin negotiations.

Meanwhile, Luna, a Mau in the service of the Queen, has been sent to enlist the services of another princess, in preparation of an elite team of fighters designated as the 'Sailor Senshi'.

Chosen to meet with the envoy from Earth is Princess Minako, future ruler of the planet Venus, accompanied by another Mau named Artemis, appointed by Queen Serenity herself to be her advisor. Minako is slated to be the sailor-suited soldier of love and justice, Sailor Venus, representing her mother planet in the defense of Queen Serenity's kingdom, and what it stands for.


Players could choose from the following characters:

Princess Ami, Princess Makoto, Princess Minako, Princess Rei, Princess Serenity, CapeBoy (no penalties for choosing him, I swear  ^^), Countess Beryl. If interested in playing another villain, or maybe some other character, please talk to me first.


Game setting in a nutshell:

The characters' personalities are pretty much like we know them. Just take it from there and tweak them at need. Background changes are that there has been no senshi force up till now, and it is only going to be formed as the game begins. On the other hand, NPC Serenity elder is madly elite with the crystal. Also, while this isn't common knowledge to the populace, there exist three soldiers who guard the system from invaders, while a prophesied fourth one slumbers. They keep a low profile, and stick to the rims of the solar system. Since it's been asked, compared to 'present day', the game takes place roughly ten millennia ago. The Silver Millennium is facing some tumultuous times. It's up to you to see it through the uncertainty that the broken status quo brings with it... or be the case of the Moon Kingdom's downfall.


Regarding char creation:

The senshi candidates must start at level one, with 15 points for Body/Mind/Soul stats and 20 points for Attributes. Characters would be created according to the SM RPG book. For non-senshi, again, please talk to me first.
