Corwin

"Show me something in the area of a hundred gold," Cedric requests.
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Dracos

"Sure, Sure..."

Julius leads Cedric over to a nice looking horse.   "This would be 100 gold a week to rent."

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Corwin

Cedric frowns. "How about a horse that costs 25 gold a week?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Dracos

"Well, if you want a pony...."  Julius points to a younger horse a few stalls down.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Corwin

"Sure, I'll get one." Cedric inspects the horses in his stated price range, trying to find the least used one.

They all look okay to your eye.  Nothing special.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Corwin

"I'll take that one," Cedric says, pointing at one of the horses he'd inspected.
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Dracos

"Sure, that'll be 25 gold for the first week with the rest due when you come back."  Honest julius lifted his hand.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Trunkyboy

Luciano follows in Cedric's footsteps and rents a 25 gold a week horse, after also inspecting them and trying to find the best looking one.

Both Cedric and Luciano discover a rather disturbing observation when they reach for their gold bags: They are not there.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Trunkyboy

Luciano frowns, opens his mouth to say something, closes it, and frowns some more.  "Um, I'll hold off on that horse for now."

Turning away, he begins thinking, where in the hell did he leave that bag?

The adventurers realized that time was passing as they meandered about in Honest Lucius' Used Horse stables.  The fellow who was sitting outside is now gone.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Trunkyboy

Luciano continues pondering where in the hell did he leave his gold while waiting for his compainions to snap out of their mysterious daze.

Bran instinctively checks for his gold, meanwhile pondering something.  Per week?  Huh?
