Carthrat

"Did Romansk tell you? I never asked," replies Salvius, shrugging. "Still, it feels about right. A thousand or so coins, give or take."
[19:14] <Annerose> Aww, mouth not outpacing brain after all?

Corwin

"He did," Cedric replies, shrugging. "Would you like to wait for the others to return before dividing it?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Carthrat

Salvius hums. "It may be better to divide it somewhere else," he replies. "It would be unwise to open such gold in an inn. Perhaps we should withdraw to my temple, and divide it therein? We can at least be assured of no trouble."

Corwin

"I have nothing else planned for today," Cedric replies. "I've already taken care of my wounds from the battle. You have too, I presume?"
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Carthrat

"'tis but a scratch," replies Salvius. "They were just kobolds.

Come, let us go," he finishes, walking off..

Cedric leaves a message with a waitress on where he would be, should someone look for him, and follows Salvius.

Carthrat

Upon arriving at the Temple, Salvius retreats to his private room. "Here, we can count it now," he replies, dropping the sack on his desk. "Equal amounts each, I presume?"

[19:14] <Candide> My brain caught up

Corwin

"Unless you wish to divide it by kobold heads," Cedric replies, shrugging. "Either way is fine by me."
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Carthrat

"Kobold heads is good," notes Salvius. "How many did we kill each, again?"

OOC: Drac, for conveniances sake, gimme the tally. >_>

Luciano ignores the grumbling in favor of walking to the inn and idilly peering around to look for his fellow glaidators.
riss and I against the world!

Rackham and Nirae get no breaks...

Why, oh why wasn't I born rich?

Sunhawk

OCC: Sorry about infrequent posting, had exams (over now and straight-As).

Bran walks into the inn, having been admiring a *ahem* pretty lady on the way back, and looks around for the others.  Getting the message left, he heads for the temple after asking for directions.

Carthrat

"..well, it's difficult to remember the exact tally," continues Salvius.

"However, I'm fairly certain that I can personally account for at least half of the beasts."

"I believe I've taken out somewhat over a fifth," Cedric says.

Trunkyboy

Luciano blinks as the weight on his shoulder suddenly disappears and then walks through the door, but then dismisses it as the aftermath of a kobold priest spell.

He then follows Bran to the temple.

OCC:  Sunhawk, maybe you should read earlier posts before posting ^^;;

Salvius nods, dumping a few other pouches on the table. "There are exactly a thousand pieces," he notes. "I counted earlier. I'm sure the other two will be here any moment, now."
