Senshi Training, Take #1!

[Corwin]

"I'm afraid not," Serenity replies. "Though Makoto's returned from her business at Metis, which means you all will be together from now on, should anything else happen."

The Queen looks at Minako curiously. "Only twisted metal, you said?" she repeats to herself.

[Ebiris]

Listening in on Minako's conversation with the Queen, Rei snorts. "Be more reassuring if we saw some smoking midget corpses, I think."

[kpjam]

Not commenting on, but agreeing with Rei's statement, Minako responds to her Queen.  "We could use all the help we could get.  Ami is inspecting the ruins now.  Is there anything specific you think we should look for?"

[Corwin]

"I trust you to make a thorough examination of the area," Serenity replies. "Take your time -- the priestesses are about to conclude their sweeps of the capital, and we seem to have stopped the invading forces. I'm certain our guests from Earth will be allowed to land soon."

[Carthrat]

Jam hangs around the engineers, distancing herself from the rest of the group..

[kpjam]

"All right, My Queen.  We'll report back later.  Minako out."

[Corwin]

Serenity nods, and her image disappears. Meanwhile, the chief engineer frowns, and looks around. Noticing Jam nearby, he nods slightly at the scanning device in his arms, inviting her to take a look.

[Carthrat]

Jam walks over to the engineer. "What's up?" she says, taking a glance at the scanner.

[Carthrat]

Jam can been seen having a short conversation with the engineer, then she sighs, gives him a curt nod, and leaves him to his work.

"Take some samples, while you're at it," she says.

[Corwin]

He nods, and instructs his assistants to collect several, while examining the rest of the area. At the end of his search, he shakes his head at Jam. "Nothing new to report, Ma'am."

[Carthrat]

"Good job," replies Jam, nodding. "Start packing up, and I'll accompany you back to the ship shortly."

She waves over the other girls, leaving the engineers to their work.

[Ebiris]

Rei looks around the blasted crater wondering exactly what she should be making a detailed search of.

[Halbarad]

Ami simply runs every scan she can possibly think of on the crater without actually entering it. Infrared, ultraviolet, x-ray, radiation level scans, magnetic field scans, the works.

[kpjam]

Minako walks over to Jam.  "What did they discover?"

[Carthrat]

"Not much," replies Jam. "The metal can be used for some sort of gateway device, but that's all they could discern. I'm having them take samples for further analysis."
