Remy turned to the woman, relief showing on his face. "Eight have landed, My lady, their life energies are strong."

The woman paled slightly. "Remy...there were nine of them...what's happened to the last one?"

The short little man's eyes widened, and he shut them, concentrating. "He's...he's still alive. his life energy is dormant, somewhere...It will take time to find him."

"Please hurry..."

"I will."

"I...I've found him."

Remy's voice was troubled, and he shared the reason why with the woman.

"Oh dear...who of the group is nearby? We MUST get to him before my brother does...if he is turned..."

"I understand. Three are within the city he is in. I will contact them immediately."

"Thank you, Remy."

Her voice was warm and relieved. The short little man simply smiled as he vanished...

Remy returned to find the woman waiting for him.

"Have you sent him to the rest?" she asked anxiously.

"Yes I have, my lady. I set in motion the events necessary for him to encounter the other, at well. If I see to the other girl, they should be more than enough to waken our player in time."

"Well done." she said with a quiet sigh. "Make it so."

Remy simply bowed and vanished from the observatory again...

Some time later, Remy returned, an anxious frown on his face. "I've done all I can, my lady..." he announced without preamble.

She smiled back. "It will prove more the sufficent, Remy. Thank you."

Remy simply bowed wordlessly.

Without another word between them, they turned to the window, watching the blue white marble, and the proceedings on it...
