But I don't seem to have a choice, and by either my timid nature or bad luck, am being dragged off to a beach for about a week. I'd much rather be at home, but since I'm not going to be.. well, I can hope that some kind of magical fairy will come along and save me, but I have my doubts.

I'll be back in a week. Don't ask for a specific time, because I don't have one. Gawd. I wanna stay home. ;_;

Not everyone envies Rat for going to the beach, you know.

Yep.

I fry in the sun. No two ways about it - I live at a beach town, and I never go to the beach for that reason.

I live at a beach town, too.

Of course, my reason for never going to the beach has more to do with the bloody great big sewage pipe in the middle of it than anything else >_>

I don't go to the beach....because the water is DAMN cold in the winter and mostly-frozen over half the time! =p

No beach for me either. The nearest one is a five hour drive, the beach is rocks instead of sand, and the only difference between it and Eb's beach is that you don't know where the sewage pipe is.

The nearest DECENT beach is like 8 hours away, but that one's overrun with drunken college students about 90% of the time. So... yeah.

Welllllllllll, maybe I wasn't clear there. The beach, on the one hand, is great. Damn, my tan is good.

On the other hand, I get to stay there with.. lets see.. my younger sister, three younger cousins, and my overbearing aunt.

God, I can't stand her.

Right now, I'm in town, getting a pair of sandals. Well, I've got fifteen minutes to bum around in, anyway.

And I wanna go to the snow, dammit. It's too damn *hot* when I'm not swimming (which is not all of the time, 'cos I gotta eat. And deal with family. Gawd.)
