What your PC wants to do in the downtime.

You have from the end of March to the end of June.

Post them all here, as I want to make a nice little timeline to keep things straight.

Rei is mostly done. Yay.

Scenes that just need Rei and the GM:
Meeting Hotaru (That went well enough. Hotaru liked her, and Rei then spend most of the evening talking to the Professor about backstory. She probably had a really light buzz the entire time, too. >_>)
Birthday dinner with daddy(Lunch, actually. Much battling about Rei's choices over the last year ensued.

Scenes that need other PCs:
Rei's birthday party (Done, with resolution to the lilly storyline. Heh.)
Dinner with the Tsukinos (The bomb was dropped. Rei might want to watch out for insane, blue haired women coming after her.

Again.)

Taking Usagi to visit Mother's grave (Done. Good scene, if a bit shorter than I expected. Somehow, I was anticipating it to be more than it was. Oh well. It wasn't a bad thing, just different than my expectations.)

EDIT: Rei needs to figure out her magic sticks! I don't care how, give me a flashback, have her figure it out on her own, or have her ask someone else to help her, she needs to figure it out! (Done. She'll sound like a rejected Starlight when using Mars Star Inferno, though. >_>)

Those are my main plans. Beyond that I wouldn't mind some fluffy scenes with Witches/Elves. No real goal in mind, just character interaction.
Also, depending on what I spend my bonus points on, Rei might want scenes with the Twins as she tries to learn new abilities.

GM scenes:

Talking with Hotaru about the senshi (Done.)
Usagi's first day of real classes at Mugen (Done.l)
A bit of Witch/Professor interaction on the Moon (Partially done. This'll be a continuing project.)
Something involving Miss Haruna (Done. What do you think the odds are that Usagi will get her as a teacher?)

PC scenes:
Rei's birthday (Donel)
Going to see Rei's mother (early May) (done, although it was short as said before)
Beach party (Done. Fun was had, I hope.)
Usagi's birthday (end of June)
Dinner at home with Rei (Done. Ikkuko quite unhappy, Kenji more accepting.  Go figure.)

[Prince Herb]

[1] Take Eudial to the disused airstrip for Ferrari based fun
[2] Go to see Haruka and/or Eudial at a race meet
[3] Chat with Rei about Ryuu (Done.)
[4] Chat with Ryuu about Rei, and try and work out more of his dad's secret techniques ; introduce him to Hiroe and teh kendo players (Chatted with Ryuu, it's on! Ann's coming, too.)
[5] Learn more about the PT dept at Mugen and the staff
[6] Bikini beach! (Done.)
[7] Socialise with the witches and new senshi to learn about them as people(Doing so. Again, an ongoing project.)

[Merc]

1) Get to know Tellu, possibly through interest in the greenhouse she owns, work on moon gardens (First meeting went okay, to be continued.)
2) Plant EC: Learn and control
3) Doom tree: talk with it, maybe through Tellu, or through own abilities if learned. Probably ask if it has another name or wants one. (May not be viable durning the downtime due to the Tree's growth.)
4) Some scenes with Rei or Haruka. Possibly Herb or Ami too. Most of the scenes I've had have been with Usagi really. (Had some fun with Rei. I'd like to see more of that. We shall see about the others as events unfold.)
5) A time travel group omake! *is a time travel junkie* XD
Edit: 6) Start to bring Lita back. She was so cute. ;_; Maybe let Alan and Lita get to know each other!

Oh, as a note.

I'll probably be editing posts with checkmarks as scenes are done, so that I can keep track of what's still up to bat.

As far as Haruka goes:

1) I want to see Hotaru while she's recovering - not waiting for school to start, but as soon as possible.  It's just like visiting a sick friend in the hospital so nothing major, something as little as flowers and name introduction at the very least.  Perhpas go with Usagi? (Done, although questions remain.)

2) Hopefully a chat with Setsuna can be arranged at some point in time to complete the "get to know your Outers" bit. (Done. Got a nice memory of Michiru for her troubles.)

3) Gather more information on Michiru.  The sources could be Setsuna (Setsuna did indeed come through.)

4) Work out Wind EC at some point would be nice.

I think that's it for now, but I'll revise as necessary.
