This review will be brief, but that's because the anime in question is only two episodes long.

It was my understanding the creators of Dragon Half were arrested for possession of crack. After watching this, I'm considering using some of inspiration. This is brilliant parody of the fantasy fighting girl animes so prevelent during this time period. The story (such as it is) focuses on Mink, the half human, half dragon offspring of her parents. (Apparently her human father was sent to kill her dragon mother, and one thing led to another. Luckily, we don't get to see the mechanics of it ^_^)

The cast of whacky characters, from her best friend, to Pop Star Idol (and romantic interest) Dick Saucer, Damaramu, the not so bright swordsman out to kill Mink, and Dug Fin furry fighter extraordinare, and a host of jealous rivals and incompetant wizards, all work for the roles they are assigned in the story. There isn't a serious moment in the entire story, which is for the best. It's humor from start to finish, told in a manic style that makes you long for more (and which you will never get).

I highly recommend this one.

Agreed there.   An excellent, if short, comedy.

Dragon Half is absolutely hilarious.  My favorite comedy anime - I never get tired of watching it.

Mucking around with topic display options and this caught my eye.

Never say never (as long as you like manga, that is).
