Jessa's Jacket - This jacket grants fast healing 1 when worn. However, it also changes the wearer's mental name to Jessa. All effects end when the jacket is taken off. However, the jacket is not fully understood and resistant to magical means of identification. It might be a minor artifact or it may be an unusual item, but the odds of it having further powers (positive or negative) can't be ruled out. As such, a price isn't provided here. The working guess is that someone named Jessa imprinted on the jacket so strongly that it affects those that wear it.

Steel Quarterstaff+1, desiccating. 18000 gold.
Mourning Ore
Mourning Ore is said to be from the realms of the yugoloths, such as Gehenna. While similar to steel, it has no advantages when forged into armor. When made into a weapon, a Mourning Ore weapon inflicts Crushing Despair on the creature struck (DC 23 Will negates.) Weapons made of Mourning Ore cost an additional +10000 gold.
