Is she offering to trade any of the above weapons for Raging Heart Mk. I, or to give me 60k for it and have me purchase my choice of weapon from her?
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Ebiris

She'll do a part trade, ie if you take something worth less than 60k, she'll give you the difference in cash, and if you take something that costs more, you'll have to pony up the difference.

1- Set up a workspace within the Waking Dream. A large 'Please Knock Before Entering' sign will be prominently displayed upon the door.

This is fine. Lets say furnishing of your workspace will be absorbed into the cost of the first magic item you create there, unless you want specific stuff like an alchemist's lab and so on.

2- Talk to Cassandra about the university. Get her to reccomend me as a guest lecturer. Deliver a lecture. Attempt to get access to 5th level spells/scrolls. Attempt to recruit a couple apprentices to help man the ship.

We can do this either by summary or RPing, whichever you prefer. You'll have to make knowledge and social skill checks to achieve your goals there.

3- Upgrade to a Headband of Int +4 (6000gp for me.)

No issues with that.

4- Craft a Vest of the Master Envoker (5000gp for me, see magic item compendium.)

I dislike that item so won't allow it.

5- Craft stuff for other people, buy spells, research exciting loot, etc. etc.

I'll get back to you about your research while Gourash bangs down your door and sings a Monty Burns song. (http://youtube.com/watch?v=aOIyUHxKbMg)

6- Ask V if she can reserve that Rod of Wonder for me.

For a 8,400gp deposit she will gladly set it aside for you.

Ebiris

The temple of Lathander gives a 10% bulk discount on the mass resurrections, so the total cost comes to 29,457gp.

Marjorie is understandably overjoyed to be back among the living, and gives everyone a great big hug unless they push her away while saying "Ewww, cooties!" or something.

Marjorie's mother is named Amarysa and looks somewhat like an older Marjorie with slightly darker and longer hair. She refrains from giving any hugs, but is likewise happy, and gratefully accepts the Gith spellbook, which fortunately is in Draconic which she can read.

Her father is named Virgil and is a somewhat lanky man with tanned skin and steel grey hair. He doesn't say much, unlike his wife and daughter, and seems almost furtive and paranoid to any who spend time with him.

At some prodding from Marjorie, the family agrees to pitch in with your adventures, although unless you guys have any special requests for them they'll be doing a bit of work around Silverymoon in order to gather funds while you guys are doing your own downtime stuff, since they basically only have the clothes donated to them by the temple. Amarysa does promise to pay you all back for the assistance, they just need to get back on their feet first.

Regarding what the Drow were after, Amarysa tells you that it's a long story, and your GM tells you that we can either go over it on Sunday in a fun interactive manner, or I can post a summary here.

Is it still relevant after the time that's passed? If so, let's go over it IC!
<Steph> I might have made a terrible mistake

Ebiris

Without spoiling anything, yes it is extremely relevant, and will hopefully lead to an epic series of adventures spanning all over Faerun and beyond.

Corwin

Sounds cool, I'm in for the ICness unless the others are against it.

:(
[19:14] <Annerose> Aww, mouth not outpacing brain after all?
[19:14] <Candide> My brain caught up

Dracos

Gourash is cool for the ICness.

Gourash's vest is not to be made out of apeskin.

Gourash tempted but does not offer to pay 5 coppers for the bard to teach him the song.  He does hum it off key though.

Dracos
Well, Goodbye.

Carthrat

For the record, Amarysa is freely permitted to use my spellbook. It was hers to start with, after all. So she shouldn't need to worry about paying the university for spells if I have the ones she wants.
