okay, here's where I'll report on math checks...and just general suggestions. :)

I hope all of you are thinking at least somewhat on "Okay, I'm a pirate, what's my cool look and theme."  Yes, I don't mind if you start with "I'm a guy in robes.  Standard robes." but lets not keep this too long :).  It won't do good for building your reputation.

Thanks Merc for noticing, everyone, please replace the formula for AC stat (Cell W19) with: "=IF(armortype="H",INT(level/2),MAXA(dex,int))".  Only important if you're wearing heavy armor...and actually want it to keep working for you with your levels :)

Iddy:
I'm not sure where the wand of accuracy +4 is coming from.  "Wand of Accuracy" is a class feature that gives you +dex mod to a single attack once per encounter.  I can't find anything that grants a +4 to spell attacks.  Your hp should also be using this "=rcon+6+level*4" as it should be 24 rather than 26.  Healing surges is six+con mod (in case someone increases your con midbattle, giving you another one.

You get the Ritual Caster feat for free, this gives you 'Gentle Repose' and two other rituals.  So choose one to give up.  I clearly forgot rituals, so I'd suggest making a 5th page and jotting down the ritual and what it does so that it can be referenced from the sheet and not the book :).  You also need a ritual book, and given I didn't notice this earlier, I'll let you buy a half sized (64 pg) ritual book for 25 gp.  It's a starter ritual book. :)  You also get your basic level 1 feat that you've not spent yet.  So add another feat to your sheet. :)

Your wand, by the way, is a physical wand.  You need to have it in your inventory.  The class feature works with any wand.

Note, all racial powers should be listed under the racial power heading :)

Other than that, I think you're alright.

Might want to fill in your total powers, and please get to the character description at some point.    Your hp should be "=rcon+7+level*5" leaving you with 26, not 31 hp.

You forgot Item and utility 1 and 0 respectively :) per day. 

You might want to spread out your racial traits a bit so they're easier to read midcombat.  We'll be doing the tutorial so you can see if it works for you.  Like Iddy, I'd suggest using 6+bcon rather than 7, in case you get something that ups your con.

For attacks, it'd probably be better to put =Concatenate("+",bdex,"vs AC").  Again, in case your dex goes up, which is hugely likely and you'll probably have a dozen powers at that point depending on it. :)  You should also put in the category if its a Weapon attack or otherwise.  Weapon ones get the weapon's to hit bonus to the power.  Non weapon ones (divine for instance) do not.  At least, I'm pretty sure they don't. :)

You should also put in the category if its a Weapon attack or otherwise.  Weapon ones get the weapon's to hit bonus to the power.

All are weapon ones, but I added that.  I also added the weapon bonus to the attack equation, and did a Concatenate on the damage with my most common weapon.  (I can adjust weapon bonus & damage if I change weapons.)  I've also got my sneak attack listed separately.

Added comments:

Iddy
- You're missing your character's Speed. Under 'race' it should have a 6.

- Your Attack column is incorrect. You should remove the "+weapon3" part of the cells, as wand of accuracy is a once per encounter ability. As such, you will only be adding the +weapon3 value once, and usually your attack roll is simply the "bint" part.

- I recommend you put that fey step is an encounter power, less you/Drac forget.

- I would add that Freezing Cloud does "Miss: Half damage" and that any creature entering or starting their turn inside is subject to another attack roll.

- Take out the "Expanded Spellbook" feat off your list of racials, class features and feats. You didn't actually add a third daily spell (you get two daily spells instead of the usual 1 as a level 1 wizard although you can still only cast one per day), and you only get one feat at level 1 anyhow, in this case "Improved Initiative". Or alternatively take out "Imp. Init" and add a third daily spell. Whichever works.

- Dracos LIEEEEEEEEEEED to you. You actually do not need a ritual book. As a wizard, you can put rituals inside your spellbook. A ritual book is purely for classes that get the ritual casting feat the hard way, and thus have no need for a spellbook.

- You still can't afford Fine Clothing (30 gp) even though you save 25 gp on ritual book. Assuming you buy the basic clothing (1 gp), your gear comes out to 73 gp, leaving you with 27 gp. Or leaves you 12 gp if you, you know, want to buy a longsword given you actually bothered to put it in your main sheet as a weapon. Silly to have it there if you're not gonna have a longsword, I say.

- I'm....not exactly sure where Drac's "this gives you 'Gentle Repose' and two other rituals" statement comes from. You get three rituals, but you get to pick which three. One of them doesn't -have- to be gentle repose as far as I can find. If you want it, awesome, but still, statement seemed strange to me.

- Besides what Drac said, I'd just recommend that you change the Fey Pact description and say 7 squares instead of 5, and note in parenthesis that you have the improved misty step feat. Given it's listed in the third tab, chances are that you're going to forget about those extra 2 squares if you don't put the note in your main character sheet tab. Whoops, Jon corrected me. It was already added in at 5 squares.

- Also, you have an error in your damage columns. Instead of "cha" damage, you should have "bcha" damage. As it is now, you'd be adding half your level in damage, which is incorrect. You only add half your level on attack rolls.

- You forgot to add a "2" under "class" for reflex. Rogues get +2 to reflex.

- As with Jon, you need to correct your ability modifiers in the damage columns and make "dex" into "bdex" and "cha" into "bcha".
- Just a comment here, but since you're already adding charisma to damage in Sly Flourish damage column, don't see need for it being mentioned under Special.

- So you don't have to keep track of stuff, for Riposte Strike description, I recommend changing to: =CONCATENATE("On hit, if target attacks you before start of next turn, riposte as immediate interrupt, +",str+weapon1," vs AC. If interrupt hits, deal ",weapon_dmg1,"+",bstr," dmg.")

- So you don't have to keep track of stuff, for positioning strike description, I recommend changing to: =CONCATENATE("Slide target ",bcha," squares.")

- Your damage for Trick Strike is incorrect. Here is what you want to put in there: =CONCATENATE(REPLACE(weapon_dmg1,1,1,VALUE(LEFT(weapon_dmg1,1))*3),"+",bdex," dmg")

- I'd include under the Sneak Attack special that the time that you choose to use it can be after making the damage roll. It's a neat thing to remember.

- I'd suggest you point out that the 26 in your gear is 26 gp. Wouldn't want Drac to mistakenly assume it's 26 cp, right? ^_~

- I'm assuming the Tessa sheet from the recruitment thread is the most up-to-date. If so...

- Your attributes only add up to 20 (assuming the human +2 bonus went to charisma, that's 5+2+2+3+3+5 points spent per attribute in order). You still have 2 attribute points to put in places.

For Stalker-chan. I filled in a lot of the blanks just with random guesses of what seemed appropriate/useful, but feel free to change. I have not selected second ritual yet, so you'd have to do that on your own.
